Leveraging Abundance in New England's Food Economy at the Food Summit
On June 11-12 2015, ISC Contributing Fellow Christoph Hinske will present his mid-term project results on “Systems Mapping and Leverage Points - Understanding the transformation-dynamics of the food system in New England” at the New England Food Summit 2015 in Boston, Massachusetts.
The fifth annual New England Food Summit is part of the Food Solutions New England Initiative. The initiative aims for New England to be substantially food self-reliant, producing as much as 50% of the food it eats by 2060. They furthermore aim to make racial equity and food justice fundamental guiding principles for restoring and improving healthy ecosystems and a working landscape that supports New Englands quality of life and diverse, thriving communities.
